Who is responsible

Universo Creativo SL, with tax ID (NIF) B56548480 and registered office at Av. de la Arruzafilla 4, 1.º 1.ª, 14011 Córdoba (Spain), is the controller of the personal data that finezine processes.

What data we keep

If you create an account: your name, your email and whether you have confirmed it. If you sign in with Google, the identifier Google gives your account; if you sign in with email and password, your password encrypted (we never keep it as it is).

For each open session, an identifier and the date it expires. Until you use them, the links we send you to confirm your email or choose a new password.

We do not keep your Google photo, the permissions of your Google account, your IP address or your browser.

Why and on what legal basis

To create your account, let you sign in and know which content is yours. The legal basis is the performance of the service you ask for when you create the account (article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions about you.

How long we keep it

As long as you have the account. If you delete it from your profile, it is deleted at that moment with everything in it.

Sessions expire after 30 days; the links to confirm your email, after 24 hours, and those to choose a new password, after one hour.

Who processes it for us

Vercel Inc. hosts the application and Neon (Databricks, Inc.) hosts the database, both in Frankfurt (Germany). If you sign in with Google, Google LLC identifies you.

They are United States companies, which may access the data from outside the European Union; they do so with the safeguards the General Data Protection Regulation requires, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Cookies

We only use one technical cookie, the session cookie, to keep you signed in while you browse. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not need to ask for your consent.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, restrict it or take it to another service. Write to agucamfe@gmail.com from the email of your account; we will answer in less than a month. You can also change your name and delete your account yourself from your profile.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
